The rotation of the turntable is monitored. In case of a malfunktion the process is stopped within two seconds.
Both burners are equipped with flame sensors. If a certain temperature is not achieved immedeately after the start and escaping of gas, the gas valves are switched on.
The flames do not affect the packaged good or the foil as the distance is definite.
A contact switch stops the machine, e.g. if the pallet load is shifting or packed unfavourable.
All relevant mountings for gas operation are according to official regulations of DVGW with recorded numbers e.g. tubes, velves, mountings, probes, threaded joints etc.
Switch on and off at the top and at the bottom.
